Practices weave vinyasa and hatha yoga flow with breathwork, kundalini kriya, and meditation, inviting you to experience deep inner silence and connection. Kundalini kriyas provide a framework to release old emotions and enliven stagnant energy through specific patterns of breath, movement, and occasionally sound. time/space yoga classes are designed to be a container for you to free energy from unhelpful patterns, become more embodied, rewire your nervous system, and shift your perspective.

I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) working towards my 500 hour certification with Kia Miller and Radiant Body Yoga. My first experience with kundalini yoga was a 40-day course that quickly hooked me with the emotional release and energetic shifts that I experienced. I'm excited to share these transformative practices that have brought me so much healing with anyone who is curious to dive into the unknown and uncover a new experience of their same life.
